- Students (or tenants), you will receive one mug person only. You will receive the offer once you move into the property
- Landlords: The water bottle is offered on your first listing – there will not be additional bottles offered on subsequent posts. You must successfully post a room or house with a minimum of 2 photos to qualify
- The mugs or bottle should reach you in pristine new condition – contact us to arrange a replacement within 2 days of receiving if faulty or damaged.
