House 4 Students is intended as a single source of a variety of student accommodation  including entire houses for groups and rooms for individuals.  By being open to all professional landlords and agents provides more choice for students and a one stop shop.

House 4 Students was originally set up by a group of landlords in Reading wanting to promote their houses. They realised that it would be more effective if an open platform where others could also upload their portfolios to increase the level of recognition.

There are no restrictions on posting properties however we expect all posts to be promoting property that conform to the latest standards and regulations.  We also believe in renting ethically and sustainably so keen to encourage efficient houses with quality furniture that is long lasting as well promote recycling of household waste as much as possible.

House 4 Students is currently focused on providing housing for the University of Reading however we are expanding to cover over locations including Guildford and Oxford.

If you are looking for a reliable and solid investment, real estate provides a good hedge against inflation with yields over time increase and a tangible asset that grows in value.  In this current environment where governments around the World are highly leveraged and borrowing in excess of GDP provides the ingredients for years of currency risk, devaluing so tangible assets look like increasingly good options.  With student accommodation, we can offer a return of at least 5% on your capital with that investment directly attributed to asset share.  So if you invest £50,000 for example, towards a £100,000 property and it increases in value to £200,000  you would receive £100,000 in the event you wanted to sell your share.
