Our new website is almost completed and soon be ready to receive new listings and this is where we can help. If you are landlord or agent, we can arrange photographs, floorplans and virtual tours while if you are landlord, we can manage everything in terms of finding tenants as well as on going management.
We are particularly excited about the collaboration with Tube-Media to provide virtual tours of houses – if you don’t know what these are click here to see on, but in short, they allow you to have a true 360-degree view of each room as if you were standing there yourself. Click the floor plan or hotspots to walk through and see the entire property as if you were there. Especially in these uncertain times there is less desire to visit lots of houses and sometimes people are happy to agree a let based on the tours alone. Research has shown what is fairly obvious, listings with virtual tours generally get much interested and will be first to be let (on a like for like basis). What is more, for those potential customers who do come and visit, will not just be speculative as they have already seen the house in detail and much more likely to be a serious viewer, meaning less time wasting – it is win win all round. Later we will launch true virtual reality with Oculus headwear – the ultimate in the immersive experience.
