End In Sight?

With alleged deaths from covid dropping and reported cases falling too, there is an expectation that Boris will lay out steps to reduce restrictions perhaps as early as early March.  Given that the risk for those their 20s is almost non-existent (of course any flu or pneumonia are not without their risk) students should be allowed to return to normal immediately.  In fact, many would argue that they should never have been excluded and in a free society it is up to individuals to manage their risk while there is a wider benefit allowing younger people to build up immunity and not be hidden from it.  Whatever your thoughts, the declining deaths and a move to reduce restrictions should be welcome news.  Expect an announcement on 22^nd February.
